Job Announcement  – Assistant Site Manager

Dunbar Strandness, Inc. is seeking qualified applicants for the following position:

Title: Assistant Site Manager

Job Requirements:

  1. Ability to work independently, organize work, establish priorities, follow defined procedures, and follow through in the completion of tasks.
  2. Ability to deal with stressful situations in a calm, organized and effective manner.
  3. Ability to communicate effectively and professionally, both orally and in writing.
  4. Ability to work with, and maintain records, and to handle arithmetic computations.
  5.  Keyboard and 10-key skills, and knowledge of, and experience with, word processing and other computer software.
  6. Knowledge of, and experience in, telephone work, reception work, and general office practices and procedures.
  7. Ownership of a car, or regular access to one, and the ability to drive occasionally on company business.


Compensation:

Salary of $1,285 every two weeks for 120-day probationary period.  With excellent performance, increase to salary of $1,385 every two weeks at end of probation.
